We employ the Angiodynamics VenaCure® 1470nm endovenous laser, commonly known as EVLT (endovenous laser treatment), to address failed saphenous veins in our patients. This office-based procedure is conducted under local anesthesia. A thin laser fiber, guided by ultrasound, seals the vein shut by generating heat, naturally redirecting blood flow through alternative veins.
