Our thorough ultrasound examination typically lasts an hour or more. Initially, you'll lie down for the examination of deep vein function, then stand on a specialized platform to test superficial veins. We meticulously map any abnormal veins, crucial for the doctor to create a tailored treatment plan.
Each patient's vein disease pattern differs, making a detailed vein mapping by a certified ultrasound technologist vital. At ERVC, our ultrasound technologists hold RVT and/or RDMS certifications. Furthermore, our vascular laboratory is accredited by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission, a national agency for ultrasound lab accreditation.
