Facial Veins

Facial Veins

Facial vascular blemishes, such as spider veins, are common skin concerns caused by dilated or broken capillaries near the skin's surface. While these blemishes themselves are typically harmless, in some cases, they can be a sign of underlying vascular conditions.  Conditions such as rosacea can intensify flushing and cause dilated facial vessels. While sclerotherapy is preferred for leg veins, facial vessels are often better treated with lasers or intense pulsed light. ERVC offers Vasculaze by INMODE 1064 YAG laser and Sciton® BBL™ intense pulsed light for addressing facial vein issues.
